Asked about whether he hung out with the likes of Ioan Gruffudd, he said: "Funnily enough I know Ioan very well, and all the Welsh I think cling together."
He added: "We all recently got together to watch Wales versus Ireland and were very upset with the result.
"Matthew Rhys is over here enjoying great success in Brother And Sisters. And they're all great people at keeping things very real. They've enjoyed success over here and they've enjoyed working and we all share just the love of it," he added.
